32 | According to the Director, it was discovered the wrong bottle was fed when the mother picked up the infant from the program and was given an empty bottle that did not belong to them. Director stated that it was discovered that the bottle belonged to another infant in the program. During today’s inspection, LPA observed training records that indicates all facility staff received training on infant feeding.
Based on LPA interviews conducted, and records reviewed, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation(s) is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. One (1) type B deficiency of California Code of Regulations, [Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, Section 101223 (a)(2)], is being cited on the attached LIC 9099D.
Exit interview was conducted and this report was reviewed with Director, Ana King. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. |
